13. Have good reasons. Write it down. Know your reasons. Think of them… and write them down. When you have people you love, and you do for them, that has a lot more power than you can do for yourself. We all have the effort to stand up, but especially the unconscious. One of the most powerful things you can do is start to be more aware of those complaints. A good exercise is to walk all day on a piece of paper and mark the balance each time you get the desire. It only informs you of complaints.
