When you have people you love, and you do for them, that has a lot more power than you can do for yourself. Doing it for yourself is good too, but you have to do something that you REALLY want to happen, for very good reasons. I know you Do it 14. Know your quit desires, and be prepared. We all have the effort to stand up, but especially the unconscious. One of the most powerful things you can do is start to be more aware of those complaints. A good exercise is to walk all day on a piece of paper and mark the balance each time you get the desire. It only informs you of complaints. If I diligently check my chart daily, and mark the dots or “x”, then I will want to make sure I fill it in with dots. I thought to myself, "I'd better do this today if I wanted to mark the dot." Yes, that's a small incentive, but it helps, I hope. Some people prefer to use gold stars. Others have a training log, which also works. Or try Joe's goals. Still you do...
